I asking for help since I installed the Dependent Fields but I am not getting any reply.

'Dependent Fields' module is not selling by BoonEx. So, you don't need to contact with BoonEx sales team. It's our (AntonLV/AQB Soft) module and you may contact us via internal mailbox if you need some help. Also you may post your questions in support forum which is attached to the module. You may do it here.
