Does the WYSIWYG editor appear on other parts of your site?  Since version 7.1.2 (I think) the forum uses the same editor init as the rest of the site.  Does it appear in the backend?

same here, updated from 7.1.6 to 7.2 to 7.3 and no editor in forum but everywhere else.

Was there a solution for this already?
