No detailed description while submitting videos

Suggestion : Right now there is no detailed description available while submitting videos. With detailed description available while submitting, it will help in categorizing videos. Right now user have to edit the details to add the category of the video. Many users will leave it like that and the websites will be full of un-categorized videos. I know this idea of short description is good for photos unless you want your website to behave like pinterest where you need to categorize the pictures. Reason is user intend to upload 10 times more pictures than videos, so short description will work for pictures but not videos.
