No access to admin..help!

Recently, I was doing some work in the admin panel.  I logged out and when I was trying to log back in, I couldn't.  It kept giving me invalid login info...try again.  I kept trying but no luck.  I have no idea how to get back in.  So I decided to go to my phpmyadmin to create a new user.  Well...I mucked around and I think I made things worse.  Now, when I try I get a "Database Query Error".  Is there an easy way to fix my mess?? I may have to go in to fix what I did in myphpadmin.  I really need help on this one.

I have found that when I logout from admin, I am taken to mysite.com/admin/index.php, I for some reason can not log back in from that page, but if I go back to mysite.com/admin without the /index.php I can log in, try that hope it helps.
