There does not appear to be an unblock ability when blocking another user from contacting you. Clicking block will add a user to block but I cannot find a way to unbock that user later. Clicking block again just readds them to the block list.

Where USER are the user you have logged in...
It need a fix because a user can't be blocked more times...and it's good to have a link in a simple-reach place...

A regular promotion member blocks the admin (sure it is a good idea to block admins?)
I go to block list to unblock admin. It shows as empty, unless you select "To username" then admin shows up on blocked list. A bit confusing for some people.
