When I am viewing the video for audio visual chat in web presence, I have no sound when I have the play audio turned on in both my video window and the video window of the person I am chatting with, I just get a feedback sound and they get no sound at all, but the video works fine on both ends. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?
