well first of all, i can assure you you will not get scammed when purchasing the license. I personally own about 50 dolphin licenses, and not once have i ever been scammed.
so a couple of things, are you looking in the correct place for your license number? its not emailed to you, you have to login to your account and navigate to the license section.
also, if by chance there was some glitch in the purchasing process, the boonex folks do not work on the weekends, so any inquiry to them would go unanswered until the next business day.
also, you should have an agent that you selected as part of your options when registering and purchasing the licenses. have you contacted your assigned agent?
