No Download

Hi all i bought a theme today from the marketplace but it says i must buy the theme to download, how long does it normally take. Should it not be an instant download ???

verified in your cart history that you have the product

verified that this is not a deferred payment

Unfortunately you will have to wait for the seller to respond.

Occasionally boonex does not receive the IPN notification sent from paypal which results in the transaction sitting in limbo until it is manually processed which only the seller can do.

:( thats a right pain as all other downloads i did were instant and have booked time in to get it up and running tomorrow. Heres hoping he responds quickly then :)

It was only 10 hours ago but like i said every other purchase i have made on Boonex has been instant so i presumed this would be too :(

They normally are. But sometimes network issues cause problems with servers talking to each other, in this case between boonex and paypal and it's like a jet doing a low fly by over your head while you're tring to talk to someone. Part of the conversation gets missed. Happens sometimes.

I understand it's a bit frustrating :)

 You must prepare transaction ID from paypal and if its Gorpus my good fella let me know so i can message him thru Skype..:)

the thing that bugs me the most is that i bought it on the Boonex site and not direct from the sellers website as i thought Boonex would have been able to help. I HATE relying on sellers as you can never get hold of people on here.

Also i have been scammed twice from people on here in the past
