Next files have inappropriate permissions:

I have tried to install the system  and allshowed green except the ray/modul/... which showed as UN excutable. and i could not continue. How can over come that problem. Iam using version: 6.1.5 and the files permissons are: 644 and for folders are: 755.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

you have to chmod the file to get the permission to change. and you didnt finish the path to what was not showing green.
