News Posts in Dolphin

I need to have moderators able to add News, Articles, etc, but not have access to the Admin panel. I saw an old post about this from 2010, but it didnt answer my questions. I created a moderator member level, granted the appropriate permissions as possible, and set users as mods. But they are not able to add news or articles. How do I allow them to do so without Admin access?

Unfortunately, the current version of Dolphin doesn't allow to create Articles/News from enywhere except admin panel. Therefore the creation of "moderator" membership level won't allow you to solve the issue.

You need to do a custom mod in Articles/News modules that they have Create/Edit forms in user end too. In this case you'll be able to have "moderator" membership level with the abbility to create Articles/News.

That sucks. I am not a programmer. Can you point me to somone who can create the mod for me? How much do ya think such a mod would cost me?
