Newbie Pre-install Questions

Is there a D7 manual .pdf? How do you control D7? Will everything work with my Mac OS X? Are the controls on my local machine or on the server/host? What is cPanel?. Is there a newbie wiki or FAQs on the BoonEx site? Do I buy my license first, then go to my hosting company, buy hosting and then download D7RC3 from them (JoomByte.com)? How will D7 know I have bought a license and take out the BoonEx logo and links?

Ok, I will try to answer your questions for you:

D7 Manual - No

Mac OSX - Dolphin has nothing to do with your personal operating system. You can view it on a Mac :)

Controls? - You can administer/maintain your website from via Admin Panel (Server), cPanel, (Host Server), MyPhpAdmin (in cPanel for database access)

cPanel? - cPanel offers you a back-end administration for your domain. Provided by your hosting company.

Newbie Wiki? - Umm, There is alot of info regarding dolphin here. Just search the forums.

License, Hosting, Etc? - You can buy a license whenever you desire. In order to "create" a dolphin site, you will need hosting before this can happen. Once you have everything in place and install Dolphin, you can enter you license key via the Admin Panel to remove the Boonex Logo/Links.
