Newbie Alert Installation of: Ultimate News Failed

I just purchased Ultimate News.

Dolphin 7.0.7 brand new install, hosted

Path to Dolphin Folder: public_html/

Dolphin module folder:  rootDomain/public_html/modules

FTP Uploaded the folder "modzzz" which contains the subfolder "News" then some other folders. So the path is:

domainRoot/public_html/modules/modzzz/news/ then sub folders

I logged into the website admin, tools, modules and see Ultimate News

I select and "install"

I get the error:  Installation of: Installation of: Ultimate News Failed

What am I doing wrong?  Thank you.

You'll need to provide more information. There should be a "plus" icon next to the error, which will show a more detailed error message when clicked.

In the future, you should either contact the developer or post in their support topic when having issues with third-party products.

You most likely have the original news mod installed. You must un-install the original if that is the case. Be sure to read the readme.txt before attempting installation. The readme.txt has valuable info on how to preserve existing data etc. If you still have issues, PM me your Admin details so I can take a look at it.

In the future, please use the support forum for the mod. All my mods have a support forum.
