New user not displaying

There's a new user who's profile is not displaying. I had a similar issue before where the user did not put a birthdate, so the system did not put her profile for display.

But in this scenario, I can see the user if I go to browse. Her profile shows up. But when I click her profile so I can view it, I get a message that says "Profile not available for view". I double checked and she does have her birth date. I did not find any irregularities in her account.

any ideas?

Did the user (hide) suspend their profile?  This would account for it.

The status says Active. So I'm assuming no, unless there's another area that I'm unaware of where the user can suspend/hide their profile
