New profiles blocked right when they are created

hey i have a quick question for you guys, has anyone got any idea why when a member registers, it automatically blocks the user off, and when you click on the user profile, it redirects me to the homepage... my website is http://www.thecampuschat.com. my last 3 members have been victims of this. when they create the profile and then they go back to sign in, it only shows the account and when you click 'my profile', it redirects you to the homepage. any help will be appreciated! thanks
