New join page

Hi, need help! regarding , i want to add a new items in a page which should be open when i going to click the submit button in the join form, so can you guide me how we can make that.

i don't think that's possible

when you click on submit the data is sent to your sql db

you can't have it do two thinks at once

You can do that using JavaScript OnMouseOver and OnClick events
