New installation on dedicated server

hello , i,m trying to install Dolphin 7 and RMS on a dedicated server with CENTOS 64 and Cpanel , however i can not get the test tool to connect , installed csf firewall and opened ports 1935 , 1936 , 5080 , still no success , can you tell me if this can be done , this server is not VPS or shared , i have complete control of this server , thank you for your help.

Have you made sure that you've done all of the settings according to Dolphin's Server Setting Recommendations?

It's the tool for testing the RMS connection. Kind of useless if you ask me. If you get it wrong when you are setting it up, it tells you anyway
