New install: ADmin dont ask details

Hi,

I have many errors(special not posting new thread in my forum) in my site so I decided to re install my site. All clear and no writing at all. But, The problem. I dont see my admin login and password (even asking me for admin details. NONE!!! ).

I am wondering why is like that?

Can you help me?
