New fields won't update

Followed MrPowless directions and all but when i try to fill them out i can't save the profile.

Please if anyone has any info so that i can troubleshoot this! I made everything the way it should, what am i forgetting?

My mistake!

When one creates new field in an installation that already has members (which means that these new fields will be blank) he/she must let the field's minimum allowed length be zero (0), or else he'll be facing troubles such as mine.

In addition to that, try to always put Error messages or else the only thing you're gonna see is the newly updated fields (on a profile) not being saved on the DB!

Keep all these in mind and you're gonna do fine
