New Years Resolutions

1. to be a better person
2. to ignore the ignorant arrogant members
3. try not to post and be helpful more, reply with my answers only by PM as usual (contact me PM as usual, I'll help no matter)
4. to not post in the "wrong" places so it doesn't screw up the universe, if I do post..
5. hope one day these forums become a professional place to play.. still waiting now three years on this

Sounds great.  I do have a question though.  If you only help through pm's, lets say a fix with a bug or something, it will be much easier for other newbies to find it on the forums somewhere, instead of having to ask for help.

I can already hear someone saying "people hardly ever use the search function anyway", that may be true, but the answer/help to a common problem and a solution will still be available on the forums (even if somebody else have to post the link to it)

It will be for the greater good if you will continue to post in the forums Newton.  I and the other future newbies will very much appreciate it.

DUde, your the best, you helped me out with no drama or didn't even make me feel stupid, I appreciate your efforts in helping me. :)

I do get it.  Yes, it can be an unpleasant place, and yes it is intimidating.

But its one thing for the newbies to be ran off, but those attitudes should not also be the reason that info isnt available on the forums for the newbies who will be sticking around, like me (I know that I can come to you personally, so its not about me, its for the future newbies, who may not know who to go to for help)  Its why I say its for the greater good.

Those attitudes, whether here or off the forums, should never be the reason why you alter what you do and/or who you are!  Get it? lol
