My site is new and users are just now starting to join, but I ran across that some user are not appearing in the Admin even though I have received an email with New User Joined and the user name and email in the body of the email. However, I have had three come in that are not in the admin all others are in the admin as they should be.
At first I thought perhaps it was because the of the user name and email used by one new user. It was inappropriate for both a user name and an email. It cam throught as a New User Joined , but did not appear in the Admin. AI thought Dolphin was perhaps weeding out such in appropriate emails and user names, because others are coming through fine.
Does Dolphin have such a system?
However, I have had two more that came across, but the email and name were not inappropriate, but they did not show in the admin. However, there are new users that have come across fine.
Anyway, any help as to why the users are not there, these 3 users anyway?
