Did you edit  the inc/header.inc.php file where your previous domain name was?

If not, change domain in that file and then clear cache (leave .htaccess files).. See if that works for you.

Once its changed in inc/header.inc.php, it will work.

What malware problem do you have? Can you give more details?

Hey, I'm not able to access my site since the change. I can't even get into cpanel to change it, it just say server not found. My host say they are working on it.

As for the the virus, way before I changed the domain every time I would go on my site at work my virus protection would say virus detected. Even when I refresh the page

You'll have to have your hosting provider look into those things.

When I log in and try to click on anything I get this error

Not Found

The requested URL /Princess was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Check and make sure the correct .htaccess is in the public_html directory. Even if one is there open it and make sure it's the one with all the dolphin redirects in it.

I went into inc/.htaccess and it says deny from all

That one is correct, there should be a much longer one in the root directory (public_html/) of your site. If there is no .htaccess in the root directory then that is why you're getting the not found errors. Re-upload the one from the original dolphin zip to the root directory.

I see it, it ends with

deny from 79.117.93.72
deny from 113.64.153.183
deny from 120.40.146.81
deny from 120.40.147.130
deny from 120.40.144.215
deny from 65.49.2.176
deny from 218.23.145.60
deny from 175.44.19.33
deny from 220.250.9.246
deny from 119.98.249.1
deny from 120.40.144.146
deny from 72.18.206.129

Is this the correct one?

I can't tell by that, those are IPs being blocked that someone would have to have added after the install. Here I'll attach the one that should be there.. put it in the root and then if you want to block those IPs add that at the bottom of this one.
