Need your hosting recommendations please

I am looking for a hosting company that can offer the following:

• 24/7 support
• Contactable via phone, email and live chat
• Offers RMS
• Has VPS or dedicated servers
• 99.9% uptime

All of the above at a reasonable price.

Can you please let me know if you are happy with your hosting company and if they offer the items listed above?

I've been quite happy with Arvixe. :)  Very very fast on their support and resolution of issues if any.

I would take a look at the Hosting link on top and go from there.  Don't be afraid to bug your prospective web hosts with lots of questions.  If they can handle them and answer them without hesitation and in a timely manner then you can probably count on them to work with you if you should have any issues.

I heard that  "Arvixe"  is a good hosting company I know a few using them right now and they are very cheap and helpful

Thank you for your suggestions. I have now made the move to Arvixe and I must say that they are refreshingly helpful. They even have a free technical support line which means "NO MORE WAITING" for a response via a ticket system that is supposedly manned 24/7 which is not always the case......but we won't go into that so as to keep the peace.

Fingers crossed that my site's downtime will now be kept to a realistic minimum.

Off topic, but why hasn't this guysmovies been booted, he's done nothing but spam every thread on hosting with his crappy link to a hosting company who's server isn't even accessible?
