Need to remove the title requirement for pictures

Right now when a user tries to upload a picture to their gallery, they are required to enter a title.  Many of them get confused with this and end up closing the window. I need the title to be only optional.

Any ideas?

I'm using 6.1.6

Also, I plan to upgrade to dolphin 7 soon. So if this is already a feature in that version, just let me know and I'll just wait for when I do the upgrade.

It is required in D7 as well. However in D7 it is auto filled after upload as the name of the file as part of the title.

Same thing here... i'd Really like to make it optional anyway, also for description, how to do it?
