Need quicklink for add video

Would there be a way to make a quicklink (account page button) that could be used to add a video.  I find the link to do it now to be very buried - you have to add or open an album, and then find that tiny tab.  I want to encourage my users to do this, and think it should be really easy - so they could just press this button and start the camera - or at least go to the add video page, and them maybe let the member put it in the correct album later - set it as default or whatever.  Would this be difficult?  Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Every media module has option 'Default album name'. So u can extract this value, transform it according username and paste into link like 'my_site'/m/videos/albums/my/add_objects/album_uri/owner/ownerName. In this case album will be create at once during crossing this link. Same mechanism was made for add photo link in profile page - when owner sees it.
