Need info of password hashing & avatar retrieval

Hi,

I've a request to support Dolphin 7 for my open source boardservice which bridges to  a multiplayer Texas Hold'em game using forum authentication.

I have downloaded a trial version for testing purposes.
Two questions I want to ask :

1. Exact algorithm to hash user/password in Dolphin 7
2. Which database table in Dolphin I should look to retrieve forum avatar/profile?. It seems I've also have hard time to upload a photo/avatar due to an not found URL error

Please let me know if this information is available . Here is some video clips of what already done for other boards.
And the best all games and boardservice are open source to install freely on any vps/dedicated server.

Please ignore my questions. Found out the answers to them. Authentication is already answered here in one the old threads. For the avatar, it took me a while but I figure out how to retrieve them since they are not stored in the database like others board did.
