Need help with simple problem

For the life of me i can not get descriptions in profiles to show for surfers who are not members. Any one got any suggestions on a fix for this?

Forgot to mention i am using latest version on Dolphin

Admin => Fields Builder

=> View Profile

Click on Visitor

Then drag 'DescriptionMe' from Inactive Items and drop it bellow Active Items

Goto field builder and change the settings for that field so that it is shown for visitors.
