Need a "post" button for forum topics

Quick usability comment.   The "post topic" link on the forums is tiny, and I find myself searching for it every time.  My eyes aren't so great anymore and I have to squint to see ti.  I'd like a big obvious button, like there is for "create group" - something that will be done less frequently.
