Need a plugin and some help. Willing to pay.

We are in the need of a module for our site and some help to get the search function to work properly.

First we would like to have the search such that one does not need to pick own gender, but that it collects the data from the profile using the search.

Second we would need a function that makes users able to exclude themselves from search results by a certain gender`s search. For example if a woman only want contact by other women, men should not be able to find her when searching for women. Women should also be able to choose if men are able to contact them or not by PMs. Visa versa for men who dont want contact with women. 

We are willing to pay a reasonable price, so please come with offers..

There are contact and profile privacy mods in the market.  So even if a person shows up in a search, one would not be able to view their profile or contact info.
