I would like to discuss a potential job offer for someone who is considered an expert or better at PHP / module development, I know a little about php but not enough to do what I require, I will be willing to pay you for your services and if you choose to accept I'll be willing to give you a job as a website developer / maintainer.
The module will basically be an image uploader for the profile section, each image uploaded will need to be approved by an administrator. The images which get approved will come paired with a small thumbnail image which will need to be visible at all times on the users profile, that thumbnail image will carry a certain point value which will need to be linked to a database to tally and compare with other members.
