Sorry if this is wrong forum to post this but needing a serious estimate on some coding. Do not want to let out what this will be but will need it to track a users time on completing a task that has been given. Will need to calculate which users had the least time completing this task. Then will need to mail the results to a email address that can be changed if needed. Please only serious estimates and if estimate is accepted will need work completed by August 1, 2010.
