 I have contacted Support but haven't got any responses so far so I am posting this here. I am trying to retrieve my Boonex account as I no longer have access to the email address I used on my account! I need access to the account for upgrading. So if a mod or staff is reading this, please help me to retrieve my account! Thank you. |

It would also be helpful to know 'what' account you are referring to.

Not having access to the email address should not have any impact on whether you can sign in with your BoonEx account or not unless you are saying that you do not remember the 'password' to the account.
