Navigation menu builder

Hey boonex community...

I have a problem that seems to be very common but can't seem to find any good solution for my case....

I have Dolphin 7.0.9 installed on a TMDhosting shared server and since yesterday, I cannot access the navigation menu builder. I have the same fault as many user: The page keeps display the loading image but nothing will load.

It's very annoying. I searched for a solution, try those permissions things I found on the forums but nothing helped.

I even tried to uninstall and make a clean installation but the problems still there.

I was looking at buying the prime license but such recurring problem without any good solutions make me reconsider my choice.

Please help!!!

i dont have any idea why that would happen to you, but when you say a clean install - are you using the same download you used originally, or did you download a fresh copy and install that one.

No... The first time, the software was installed from "Softaculous" availlable on TMDhosting. This time I installed it from a new download from the boonex website and I have the exact same issue.

ok, just checking - i have seen lately using autoinstallers has been causing issues, and sometimes a person says the reuploaded and they used the same files they originally had.
