Navigation Menu doesn't change?

I made some changes to the navigation menu using the builder in the admin panel. But the changes I've made don't show up on the site. Is there something that needs to be done to activate the changes? Something need to be re-compiled?

Try different browsers  .....  No browser is consistent across the entire installation  .....

I tired IE and FF7 on two different machines....?

You havent cleared your cache

or

Ones broke. You have to delete one by one, with two open browsers and see after each deletion till you find the culprit.
