Navigation Menu (Number of Tabs)

How do I set the number of tabs that are allowed to be displayed at once?

That is a loaded math question based on size of page and type of template and size of icon!! I have tried about 20 different trials on this but if the page size and size of icons are changed so would the answer be!!

I have changed the size of the site up to 1400px width total, globally. Still no change. Default is 998px which leaves 12 tabs. I have tried icons and tabs, no matter what it only allows 12 tabs. There has to be a way so it is not based off of algorithm.

There is an easy Non-Algrithmic way...,

Admin Panel >>Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Other

Near bottom of the Other section you can change from default 12 for Members or Visitors

And I bet you was pulling your hair out wasn't you?

and you need to change main_div_width

will change width of the top menu and you can add more items there.

table sys_options (page 3)

new main_div_width = 1400 - 8 = 1392

remember to clean cache
