NGINX APC, Memcache and Percona

Going to do a test to try and get Dolphin speedy, i have put shed loads of stuff on the home page and will be installing NGINX, APC, Memcache and percona database. Has anyone tried this method yet ??? and what hiccups did you have

 

on the server its on at the moment am getting 1.5 seconds home page load time but want to try and make it super quick :)

Not really related to this, but before this I've never heard of percona, but after reading and researching, and installing.... thanks! What a great improvement do my DB performance.

sounds interesting but it's (percona) not for me yet, 12.04LTS, bummer :(

 I would but my test bed server is Ubuntu 12.04LTS which is not supported yet.

I may look at it for my VPS and ask my host company about it.
