NEW_ITEM BUG

When trying to add a new item to the profile builder the fist entry worked fine, but when trying to add a second field to the Join Profile I get "Sorry couldn't insert new item. Please check if NEW_ITEM already exists." but the New Item has been renamed and added to the language files and compiled. I need to add more but am unable to as I have do so in the past?
