My tags have never worked

I like the tags feature but I have never been able to make it work - not with any version of Dolphin as I recall.   What happens is that when a tag is clicked, it just returns every profile in the database.   I have it on a site I am building at http://World-Startups.com - you can see it at the bottom.   This site is new, and there are only a little over 100 members, but no matter which tag you click, it will return all records. 

I have absolutely no clue on this one.    The settings seem right.   Does anyone even know what I should be looking at?

I am bumping this because I never solved it, and as I mentioned in the post, I am not sure it has ever worked.   Does anyone have any idea at all of what might be wrong - or even what I should look at?   I have temporarily put the tags back on the bottom of the site I am building at http://World-Startups.com so you can see what I mean.  No matter what tag you click, all records are returned.   I have an idea for better use of this feature so would like to make it work if I can. 

^{Ok, I had Leonid look at this, and an commenting here just in case anyone else goes through it.   The problem was quite simply that the search on the tag block is linked to the search you build in profile builder.   Since I almost always modify that search, that explains why it hasn't worked on any version or any domain - it just didn't work with the way I use Dolphin.   Of course, none of this was hidden - in theory anyone could have looked at my site and noticed that so I am guessing there are other who didn't know that either.}
