My sub-navigation is missing!

First off - thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out with this! I'm having an issue with my site where:

a) If I am not logged in, I'm not able to see any persistent sub-navigation.  For example, when I go to Groups, the Groups sub-nav does not stay present.  It will show if I hover over the main links, but not when I'm in those sections (without hovering)

and..

b) If I am logged in, it shows the My Account sub-nav on all pages (except on hover).

Any ideas what could be happening here?

That seems to be just the way it is until they fix it  .....

Well, by default it should show the appropriate sub-nav... for example, see:

http://www.boonex.us/UNOBOONEX

Notice how the sub-nav shows his links (View Profile, Photos Gallery, etc..).  That's the main issue.  If I'm logged in and I go to view someone elses profile, it still shows the "My Account" sub-nav.

HELP SOMEONE! PLEASE! I'll pay!

modified pretty good ..you may have to describe your work with the  header pages and anything menu related....if it were out of the box...easy to track...you broke something ...help us help u

Thanks mrpowless - I'm going to try resetting the following file:

Dolphin version: 6.1.1

File: Site root> inc > db_cached > MenuContent.inc

We had moved around some navigation items and added a few new ones, but as far as I'm aware the developer didn't do any fundamental changes to the navigation code.  Could you send over that file's content?
