Looks like you need to manually clean your cache via cPanel,

turn off all caching in the admin section under "templates"

If your using a 3rd party template, switch back to UNI and clear everything, leave all the .htaccess files in the three folders.

Yes, it appears to me that the file templates/base/_header.html is damaged.

You most likely need to replace it from a full dolphin zip file that matches your dolphin version.

 You need to back step; what was the last thing you did in your dolphin admin panel?

I beginer in web installation and I just clean cach and Public cach manually....

 

I will be very thankfull if you can help me to do that.

After I clean this cash now my Dolphin admin panel is same how site.

Your site looks to be back in action.  If you're still having problems, I suggest clearing the local browser cache.
