My noreply email is sending me offers.

I've been getting text messages and emails all day from people who claim they can gain me leads with my website and help me with SEO. Then about 10 minutes ago, my noreply email emailed my admin email an offer to increase traffic on my website. 

It seems like random people are using the contact form on a lot of dolphin sites to market their services. I'm not sure how they would have gotten my number though. Unless they did a Whois on my domain name.
