My expertzzz story

I'd like to offer up a warning to old and new users alike about the expertzzz site.  Please use caution when choosing someone to install mods.  I paid 3 different individuals for mods and then paid for their installation.  They did not have bad ratings,  offered several mods and seemed to be members in good standing.

After paying, I waited weeks for the installs...patiently...and then not so patiently....after all, I did pay!

The mod installations were not successful and during the installation, things were broken on my dolphin site.  It was extremely frustrating and upsetting.  I could not get the individual whom I purchased the mods from to fix what they had broken and to make the mods that I paid for and they installed work.  I lost a couple of hundred dollars.

I complained to the individuals and then posted a complaint on the expertzzz site itself (which was deleted despite being vague).  After I posted the complaint, I was contacted by an individual from the expertzzz team who asked me for specific details about whom I had purchased mods from.  I gave him the usernames of the individuals.  At that point, one of the individuals began logging in and selectively deleting several of my members each day.  I suppose that person is having a great chuckle about getting back at the mean old newbie users who paid out over $100 for a mod/installation that never worked and then had the audacity to complain about it.

I have hosted my website for 10 years and have never encountered a situation like this.  It is extremely disappointing.

I feel that users here deserve to hear this story so that they can simply be more cautious and ask more questions of other users before purchasing mods at expdertzzz.  Buyer beware!

Iam sorry to here your story,but i have never had that happen to me, I buy at lest one mod aweek from the site and everyone I deal with have all been nice and install my mods with in 24 hours and have came back to help me months later if something went wrong,is this one person you are talking about ?or all of them

It is 2 users in particular...and...I bought a few mods that were just fine from other users...so no...it is certainly not all of them.  Unfortunately, as a newbie to Dolphin and Expertzzz I didn't know what I...didn't know.  Now I am wiser.  In 10 years of managing my website, I have never, ever had this problem.  This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me and it is really disheartening.

All of the deleting of users came to a screeching halt after I altered the passwords that I had given the 2 users...what a shame.  I will never know which one it was, but I can never trust another user with my cpanel info again...or an expertzzz user...

I feel betrayed.
