Multiple Voting on 7.2.1

Hello all,

I was just wondering that a member is able to vote multiple times for the same subject, e.g. Foto or Video.

Is this normal ? and if yes, how to Change ?

My Intention is to allow a member 1 vote, for 1 subject, only 1 time ! No multiple votes from a member for the same Thing.

I have read this post from Alex : https://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/HOWTO-track-votings-by-Member-ID-instead-of-IP.htm

but it seems outdated. Can't find it in BxDolVoting.php. And changing : define( 'BX_PERIOD_PER_VOTE', 7 * 86400 );,  no effect here

Anyone out there who is able to help me here ?
