Mod for Group discussions

Does anyone have a mod that allows groups to post message only seen by the members of the group?

Group admin can do this by default using Modzzz premium groups, maybe ultimate groups also if stil available... premium allows charing to setup groups... ultimate is slightly slimmed down..

Allows group admin to message all members, not usable by all group members to message each other though... 

Theres a smaller group messaging mod also allows same thing, but without the other upgrades that come with premium groups.

you also have Group chat module by rayzzz, integrates the chat mod into the group, think its for group members only.
