 When user1 signup in mobile app by using user1 ID and user2 login in his computer using user2 ID, But user1 profile is showing offline to user2, but the fact is user1 logged in by using mobile app. Please suggest us the solution. We have a prime license for the website. |
There is no instant messaging in mobile app by default, this is the reason user is showed as offline. If you install some 3rd-party module for instant messaging in mobile app, it should update user's online status, so user can be contacted instantly. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
