Missing setting in admin

On my site, the drop down selector where I change the default privacy setting for all newly registered members content blocks from something other than 'Public', seems to be missing.

Is this the setting you are speaking of? I am just not clear from your post - sorry if I'm way off here.

I thought I remembered seeing a site-wide default privacy setting in Admin pre 7.0.5, and wondered why I couldn't find it now.  Guess I'm not the only one.  Where did it go?

No. I'm talking about the one like in the attached video. When a new member signs up, It's the one where you set what the initial privacy level will be for all their profile blocks and user content.  After they sign up, they click on the key in the block headers to change it to something else if they want to.  Mine's stuck on public, and this control is missing in my admin section.  I'd like it to be set to 'Friends'.

It's happened after upgrade from 7.0.4 to 7.0.5?

I have a fresh installation and it's not there.

Mine was an upgrade from 7.0.4.  Not sure if it was on the privacy setting page or in advanced settings, but I can't find it in 7.0.5.

Glad to hear it's not just me with this problem.

Yup, I missing this also, and this was a fresh install of 7.0.5

submit a support ticket, if they can replicate the problem on boonex.us, then they will consider adding it to trac.

It would be nice if this got added to TRAC
