Missing on join page the JOIN button?!

After installing V7 beta 2 I'm trying to join my test web site however, I can't see the JOIN BUTTON on the screen. Using firefox 3.0.12

Hi, i can confirm its there in firefox version 3.0.11

And I can confirm that it doesn't show up in 3.0.12 lol
If i can figure this out i will post it.

I am guessing that you removed the banners from the home page.
I noticed after i removed them the buttons were no longer there but they appeared on every other page.
Once you put the banners back in they appeared.

In producy assurance it's inconsistence therefore it is like a code defect.
