Missing folder, error when trying to link pages

I just purchased a license and now having trouble. My domain name was ending in dolph. My hosting server moved the file to remove the dolph, and the menu for the wysiwyg does not display when I try to modify pages.

My hosting server says that when he moved the files from the folder ending in dolph, the files for the wusiwyg still point to the dolph.

What can I do to fix this? Do I have to remove and start over? If I do remove and start over, will the license I applied to the domain still work?

Desperate for an answer. Thank you

Try clearing the cache. Manually would be best. Using FTP or Cpanels file manager empty the contents of the cache, cache_public and tmp folders except for the .htaccess file in those folders.
