if a profile photo is missing is there a Missing Profile Photo - default or fallback?
i.e.- found some errors in my log and checked to discover the photo is no longer in the photos dir.
this is happening with a few and logging errors slows things down if i can make a fix.
or did i just miss a check box somewhere?
