Missing Directories after install

I seem to be missing directories and get messages like this /photo/all/10/1 Not Found and that pertains to all of the media directories, like /video/all/10/1. Did I miss something in the installation routine? I am using Smart Pro Pack 2.0.2.  Any help is always appreciated. Thx.

Sorry for the post, the problem was that my .htaccess file didn't copy on the install and I had to do that by hand. Mod Rewrite wasn't working without the isntructions.

The answer was readily available in other posts here about 404 errors.

Yes, this is just .htaccess (mod rewrite). not Directories :)
