Hi, I'm using Dolphin - I have the Chat and Messenger widget licenses. How do I 'turn on' the messenger? I see no links or anything that would enable my users to USE the messenger... what user event would launch the messenger? Also, is it possible to use the messenger in the chat room -- when a user clicks to send someone a message, it would use the Ray Messenger (basically an IM)...
